    With over 25 years of experience in the human services sector, Sam Harrison is a seasoned and compassionate supervision and mentoring coach, supporting professionals across all fields of practice. Her career spans frontline service delivery, education, and leadership.

    For the past 15 years, Sam has been dedicated to educating and empowering frontline workers, helping them build resilience, deepen reflective practice, and sustain their professional growth. Her commitment to lifelong learning and excellence in education is further demonstrated through her role as a lecturer and teaching fellow at Deakin University’s School of Education, where she has spent 6 years shaping the next generation of practitioners.

    Sam holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health, an Advanced Diploma of Management in Human Resources, and a Diploma of Community Services. This diverse educational background provides a comprehensive foundation for understanding the complexities of the human services sector.

Her extensive background has equipped her with deep insight into the complexities of service delivery and the systemic challenges faced by individuals and communities.

    Highly qualified and deeply experienced, Shannon is known for her strategic thinking, compassionate leadership, and unwavering commitment to social justice. Her ability to mentor others is grounded in her real-world expertise, reflective practice, and a genuine passion for developing emerging leaders. Shannon’s approachable style, combined with her wealth of knowledge, makes her an exceptional guide and role model for professionals navigating the human services landscape.

  • Cassandra Kear brings over 12 years of experience in the community services sector, with a strong foundation in youth justice, case management, residential care, and re-engagement programs. Her qualifications—including a Diploma of Community Services and a Certificate IV in Youth Justice—complement her practical expertise, particularly in supporting young people through complex transitions. As a former Team Leader in Case Management, Cassandra has guided multidisciplinary teams with a focus on reflective practice, trauma-informed care, and person-centred support.

    In her current role at One2One Victoria, Cassandra leads the development of impactful training and capability-building initiatives. A qualified Trainer and Assessor, she excels in creating learning environments that are both practical and empowering. Her deep understanding of frontline challenges, combined with her calm, thoughtful approach, makes her a trusted mentor and supervisor. Cassandra is passionate about nurturing professional growth, building confidence, and equipping practitioners with the tools they need to thrive in demanding roles.
