“Leanne is a passionate, kind and caring soul. She puts her full heart into everything she does.
From a mums view as she worked with my son, there is no better woman to place your trust in for your child. The rapport and individualised relationship between client and professional is nothing short of amazing.”

“Exceptional trainers leave a lasting mark—and Leanne is one of them. From the moment we first worked together at Victoria University, her passion for people and for delivering top-quality training was unmistakable. She didn’t just teach—she inspired. She helped shape some of the best team members I’ve ever had.
Leanne consistently delivered training that was high-quality, tailored, and grounded in real-world impact. She worked closely with us to co-create learning experiences that not only met our needs but elevated the standard of care that the staff delivered. She raised the bar for how the team thought about service delivery itself.
Along the way, Leanne also became a mentor to me, and a trusted friend. Her genuine care for others, her relentless pursuit of excellence, and her deep belief in human dignity are values that shape everything she does.
With One2One Victoria, Leanne is setting a new benchmark for disability support. If you’re looking for heart, skill, and standards that truly raise the bar. This is it.”

“I have such fond memories of participating in Leanne’s classes at Victoria University. It was a challenging time for me both emotionally and technically as I was a mature student who was very unsure of myself.
Leanne made me feel worthy of the challenge and was very supportive. It was the best 2 years of my life and gave me the incentive to push myself further.
I consider her a mentor and good friend for close to 20 years".

“Working/learning under the guidance of Leanne has been an absolute pleasure and a deeply rewarding experience. Her dedication to supporting people with disability goes far beyond simply providing support workers — she brings compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. Leanne will not only ensure the highest quality support through careful matching and ongoing training, but she also leads with heart in everything she does.
One moment that truly stayed with me was when Leanne chose to spend Christmas with me and my son, making sure we felt supported and never alone during a time that can be difficult for many. It’s rare to find someone who brings such warmth, kindness, and professionalism together so seamlessly. I feel incredibly grateful to have known her, worked alongside Leanne and witnessed the profound positive impact she has on so many lives.”

Leanne Glover was my teacher for Aged Care at NMIT, Preston, Victoria I believe from 2016. Leanne taught myself and my classmates about the need for support as we age. The need for support regardless of our financial background, regardless of our race or orientation and etc. Leanne taught us that these services are providing or facilitating outcomes for individuals that are all within the realm of human rights that we all deserve. Ingredients, or even necessities to well-being including physical activity, mental/recreational exercise, nutrition that is monitored and regulated and enjoyed, physical touch to its fullest extent. The entire approach is to be implemented via a person centred model. This is about personal well-being not profit; clients are people not patients; but humanitarian adherence and excellence and it does have to be sustainable.
Leanne showed absolute dedication to teaching us the necessity of this in a person centred mode and value orientated approach with so much passion. Leanne also is a very supportive educator - I disclosed and chatted to her many times at great length relating to my disabilities I live with due to severe head injury I sustained as a 19 year old. Leanne was very supportive and considerate recognising additional support I needed while I was studying and I felt very supported.

When I think of Leanne, my heart smiles.
When I moved to Melbourne with my family, in 2008, I was a woman in my early 40’s, full of energy and enthusiasm, ready to learn and share ways to connect with isolated people of this new world.
I was coming from Malaysia where I spent 13 years using the arts to reach underprivileged communities of Kuala Lumpur and rural areas of the peninsula.
The first impact of rejection and feeling of uselessness invaded me after almost six months of sending CV’s and job applications, which most of the time were not even answered.
Somebody told me that without a certificate from Australian studies, it would have been close to impossible to find a job in Melbourne and so, soon after I applied to a course in community services in Victoria University. That is where I met Leanne, who received me with a warm smile, making me feel welcome for the first time in Australia.
“Welcome to the land of grey’”: That is how Leanne opened the first class of the course, explaining that everything is not just black or white but lays in the many shades of grey.
It was the best studying experience that I’ve ever had, with an engaging approach that made all the classes a not to be missed opportunity on analysing, discovering, and most of all challenging our inner-judgement instincts.
I kept in touch with Leanne after the course, even after I left Australia.
Now, after more than 20 years, I still consider Leanne the person that changed my path and enriched my journey of connecting with excluded people of societies.
