You’re invited to an introduction to One2One Victoria’s NDIS Legal & Ethical Practice course—designed to give disability support workers in Victoria a clear and practical understanding of their legal and ethical obligations under the NDIS.
Whether you’re new to the sector or an experienced practitioner, this training provides essential guidance on navigating the NDIS Act, the NDIS Code of Conduct, the Quality and Safeguarding Framework, and the Practice Standards. It also explores the relevance of key Victorian legislation, including the Disability Act 2006 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, as well as the federal Privacy Act 1988.
In this session, we’ll walk you through the course content, its real-world applications, and how it can help you build confidence in delivering lawful, ethical, and participant-centred support. There will be time for questions at the end, so you can clarify how the course fits your role or team’s needs.
Participants who complete the course receive a certificate of attendance, demonstrating a commitment to professional, legally compliant, and ethical practice.
