Intro to NDIS Induction

You’re invited to an introduction to One2One Victoria’s NDIS Induction short course—an essential foundation for anyone beginning work in the disability support sector.

This session will walk you through the course content, which equips workers with the knowledge and confidence to provide ethical, person-centred, and rights-based support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The course covers key topics including safeguarding, communication, professional responsibilities, and the principles of respectful and inclusive practice.

We’ll explain how the course works, who it’s for, and how it helps create consistent, high-quality care across the sector. There will also be a Q&A at the end, so you can explore how this training supports your development or your team's onboarding processes.

Participants who complete the induction training receive a certificate of attendance—an important first step in building credibility and capability as an NDIS worker.

Join us to learn more and see how this course supports real-world, values-driven practice.
